A draw and a hard-fought victory for the Pionniers de Soulanges

February got off to a flying start for the Soulanges High School Pionniers, who recorded a draw and a come-from-behind victory in recent days.  

Presotea comes to Vaudreuil-Dorion

Over the past few days, social networks have been buzzing with news of the pre-opening of the Presotea branch in Vaudreuil-Dorion. The company, whose mission is to ensure that every tea drinker can enjoy a perfect, fresh cup of tea at an affordable price, is now open at 35 boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes. 

Coteau-du-Lac to host its first quality job fair in just over two weeks

The Table de concertation pour l'emploi de Vaudreuil-Soulanges confirms that it will be holding four Salons Emplois de qualité en 2024. The first will be held on February 21 in Coteau-du-Lac, followed by three events in L'Île-Perrot, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Rigaud on April 10, October 2 and November respectively.

Two salad kits recalled by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is notifying the population of Quebec of the recall of two products due to Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The affected items are the President's Choice Mexican Street Corn Salad Kit and the Taylor Farms Mexican Street Corn Salad Kit. 

Entrepreneur urges caution after coyote traps found on his land

"I find it extremely cruel to make animals suffer like this. I don't know how the person who set these traps manages to sleep well at night". These are the words of Mario Cramerstetter, president of Pépinière Cramer, located on chemin Saint-Dominique in Les Cèdres, who contacted Néomédia to denounce the presence of coyote traps on his land.

Two upcoming blood drives in Vaudreuil-Soulanges between now and the end of February

Héma-Québec will be visiting the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region twice between now and the end of February to hold blood drives. Those interested in taking part can already make an appointment to donate.
