And bring home farm products
April 27 : take part to a vegetable farm in Saint-Polycarpe
A special all-day onion transplant event is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024. The public is invited to take part in this original community activity, where camaraderie, fresh air and the pleasure of getting one's hands dirty await. Starting at 9 a.m., interested parties can work in blocks of 2-3 hours or more, depending on their availability and energy. Over 10,000 onions are to be transplanted, and other farm work is planned as required. An assortment of farm products will be offered to participants, from Ferme Natura in Saint-Polycarpe.
Friends and family are also invited to join in this original community activity, where they can help and get involved in the production of vegetables, an essential commodity.
Bring your snacks, sunscreen, water and/or a picnic to enjoy a complete family activity. Registration is mandatory (number of people and approximate times of participation).
For more information and/or registration, please contact Ronald or Diane at 450-265-3219 or by e-mail: [email protected].
