The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable has informed us that marking work on the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge towards Vaudreuil-Dorion is scheduled for tonight.

Consequently, a closure of Autoroute 40 westbound, between Exit 41 (boulevard des Anciens-Combattants) in Senneville and the Saint-Charles Avenue entrance in Vaudreuil-Dorion, will take place from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. this Thursday, February 1.

The Montreal-bound lane will remain open during this period.

A Facebook page and an X account dedicated to the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge are available for information on the project to maintain and rebuild the current bridge.
