Sainte-Marthe's old presbytery presbytery seeks new owners

Every day, houses go up for sale in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. But some homes attract more attention than others. Such is the case of the former presbytery in Sainte-Marthe, which is currently for sale. 

Located on rue Principale just beside the church, the presbytery was built in 1843 and has 23 rooms, including seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and offices.

According to the Centris listing, the residence is being sold with all its contents, including numerous works of art and antiques. “This spacious residence benefits from professional landscaping with beautiful fountains and sculptures,” reads the description.

Valued at $560,600, according to the 2024 municipal assessment, the residence is for sale for the tidy sum of $890,000. In 2025, municipal taxes were $2,269, while school taxes were $365.
