Three Suroît residents were lucky enough to win prizes at the Célébration 2025 gala, broadcast on TVA on Sunday, January 12. André Dupras, Lucien Currier and Daniel Ménard won a total of $100,000.

André Dupras, also from the region, represents a group of three, made up of friends and former colleagues. The trio won $50,000. Mr. Dupras had purchased the Celebration 2025 ticket during a visit to Beauce. It was his wife who scratched off the ticket and exclaimed, “André, triple TÉLÉ!

Daniel Ménard, also from Vaudreuil-Soulanges, won a prize of $25,000. Mr. Ménard had received a Celebration 2025 ticket from his mother as a holiday gift. She had purchased the winning ticket at the Famille Vincent IGA grocery store in Coteau-du-Lac.

Finally, from Salaberry-de Valleyfield, Lucien Currier also won $25,000. Mr. Currier had won a TV entry to the Celebration 2025 gala thanks to a ticket purchased at the Metro Plus grocery store on chemin Larocque, in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Scratching his ticket, Lucien exclaimed, “I'm going on TV!” The news, while exciting, didn't stop the winner from getting to his curling game.
