Health Canada has issued a recall for plush toys from the Mother and Baby brand as they pose a choking hazard.

Testing conducted by Health Canada revealed that the eyes of the plush toys can detach, creating a choking risk for young children.

This recall applies to plush toys in the shapes of an elephant, giraffe, lion, tiger, and panda, which include small baby models attached to them. All affected products are identified by item number P273585 and UPC 8140239986.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled plush toys and return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
