Rigaud: flushing the water system from November 4 to 8

Ville de Rigaud wishes to inform the public that the urban water supply system will be flushed from Monday, November 4 to Friday, November 8, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The team will be flushing the system to eliminate deposits in the pipes and ensure quality water for all residents served. This operation may temporarily affect water clarity, pressure, color and odor.

Tip: if the water is yellowish or brownish, let the cold water run for a few minutes until it becomes clear again. (rather than hot water, to avoid iron particles settling to the bottom of your water heater).

Also wait before doing a load of washing to avoid any inconvenience.
