Québec solidaire Montérégie is pleased to announce its participation for the third year running in the Festival de la SOUPE de Vaudreuil-Soulanges on September 8. This year, solidaires will be on hand to serve a delicious roasted tomato soup, carefully prepared to delight festival-goers' taste buds.

Ruba Ghazal, MNA for Mercier and responsible for education issues within the Québec solidaire caucus, will be present at the event. Ms. Ghazal, who is also a candidate in the race to become Québec solidaire's spokesperson, will be on hand to chat with participants and discuss local and provincial issues.

All citizens are invited to come and meet the members of Québec solidaire Montérégie starting at 12 p.m. at Parc historique de la Pointe-du-Moulin. It's time to share a convivial moment, discover many ideas for a more united Québec and enjoy an excellent homemade soup.

The Festival de la SOUPE will take place on Sunday, September 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Parc historique de la Pointe-du-Moulin in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot.
