The Artistic Director of the Orchestre symphonique des jeunes de Vaudreuil-Soulanges, Judy Hung, is calling on young musicians in the region who are looking for a new challenge and would like to join the ranks of the musical ensemble. With the 2024-2025 season just around the corner, recruitment is underway. 

To join, musicians must be aged between 14 and 26 and play one of the following instruments: flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, violin, viola, cello and double bass.

We are also looking for young violin and cello players, aged between 7 and 14, to join the Junior Orchestra, also under the direction of Ms Hung. 

Please note: applicants must be able to read sheet music. The deadline for registering for auditions is Saturday, September 14, via the Orchestre symphonique des jeunes de Vaudreuil-Soulanges website, under the Auditions tab.
