Ecocenter network measures maintained
The MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges announces that the regular schedule and measures in place at the ecocenter network will be maintained. The Pincourt ecocenter will remain open exceptionally on Monday August 26 and Tuesday August 27, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in order to reduce possible traffic at the Vaudreuil-Dorion ecocenter.
The MRC assesses on a daily basis the need to implement additional measures in the ecocenter network. When the time comes, the MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges will put in place the actions required to meet citizens' needs in this exceptional context.
Here is the schedule for the network's ecocentres as of August 26:
Vaudreuil-Dorion (2800, rue Henry-Ford, Vaudreuil-Dorion)
- Tuesday to Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saint-Zotique (2050, rue Principale, Saint-Zotique)
- Tuesday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Rigaud (32, rue de la Coopérative, Rigaud)
- Monday, Thursday and Friday: 12 am to 5 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pincourt (750, boulevard Olympique, Pincourt)
- Monday, August 26: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 27: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Please note that materials that have been in contact with water will continue to be accepted at the for the torrential rain recovery period.
Citizens of the 23 municipalities in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges MRC can use the services of the network's four ecocentres.
On site, you'll need to show photo identification and proof of residency in one of the 23 municipalities. A maximum of 5 m3 per visit is accepted. Citizens can drop off up to 12 m3 of material per year, free of charge.
