Ville de L'Île-Perrot: two meetings left to participate in family policy
At two upcoming two-hour meetings, Ville de L'Île-Perrot residents are invited to participate in the development of the town's revised family policy, on August 8 at 6:30 p.m. and August 20 at 1:30 p.m.
The Family Policy of the Municipalité amie des aînés provides the Ville de L'Île-Perrot with the tools to develop the “think and act family and seniors” reflex throughout all municipal decisions, so that they reflect the reality of both publics.
Residents wishing to take part in this consultation should make their intentions known via the following e-mail address: [email protected].
The main objectives of the policy are as follows:
- Improve quality of life for families and seniors
- Improve the attraction of new families
- Ensure access to quality services for families and seniors
- Promote the retention of families and seniors
- Engage in a process of continuous improvement of services for families and seniors
- Promote the city's overall economic development
- Implement measures to promote healthy lifestyles.
