PUBLIC NOTICE
City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, the city of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 9954, or, under the NPP File Number 2021-303883 a description of the following work, its site and plans:
- Cofferdams
- Retaining wall (Promenade du Canal)
- Retaining wall (Kelso Park)
- Erosion-protection works
- Silt curtains
Located on the banks of Lake Saint-Louis, at approximately 45° 24' 08.1" N, 73° 56' 46.2" W (Kelso park) and 45° 24' 09.7" N, 73° 57' 00.3" W (Promenade du canal – St-Pierre road), in front of lots 1 558 413 (launching ramp – Kent road), 1 559 619 (Kelso park) and 1 559 625 (retaining wall of the Promenade West ), city of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Montreal, province of Quebec.

However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing (electronic means preferable) and are received not later than 30 days after the publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
