Yesterday, June 9, the Ville de Saint-Zotique celebrated the official inauguration of its brand-new Pumptrack, built last autumn in the Parc Quatre-Saisons. The event, which took place during the family festival, marked the opening of this long-awaited facility, now accessible to all local youngsters.

The recently completed Pumptrack is a modern facility that allows skateboarders, cyclists, scooterists and in-line skaters to learn and have fun in complete safety. This initiative offers a free activity open to all, encouraging young people to adopt active lifestyles and explore new sporting skills.

Located in Parc Quatre-Saisons, close to the new École Secondaire des Navigateurs, tennis/pickleball courts and refrigerated skating rink, the Pumptrack fits perfectly into this dynamic sports hub.

At the inauguration, the Mayor of Saint-Zotique, accompanied by elected municipal officials and the Director of Recreation, officially cut the ribbon to mark the official opening of the Pumptrack. The festive event was attended by many residents, who were delighted to discover this new facility.
