For the fourth summer in a row, Vaudreuil-Dorion's Le 405 park is back in full force with an expanded program. The enchanting summer destination will be ready to welcome visitors from July 8 to August 25 with a new waterfront layout.

La Guinguette, a terrace overlooking Vaudreuil Bay, will be the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif by the water. This section of the park will be animated by a DJ on Thursdays from 6 p.m., with a different musical ambience each week (Classic House, Nü Disco, Afro Beats, etc.).

"Since its creation, Parc Le 405 has been a great source of pleasure for residents. We wanted
We wanted to offer a new experience to enjoy the waterfront. That's how we came up with the idea of the Guinguette, a new section of the park offering a splendid view of Vaudreuil Bay. explains Vincent Bastien, Director of the Leisure and Culture Department.

This summer, programming at the 405 will be spread over four days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The $5 creative workshops will be back on Mondays, from 6:30 to 8 pm. Residents over 18 years of age can reserve their place on the Town's website or by telephone at 450 455-3371, option 4, from the Monday before the workshop. They can choose from a variety of activities, including an introduction to printmaking, nail stringing, dry pastel, mixology and realistic drawing, the creation of a terrarium ($20), and a line-dancing class.

The Intrépide Cabaret d'Improvisateurs improv league will continue to hold its popular matches at Parc Le 405 on Wednesdays at 7 pm. After an aperitif at La Guinguette, visitors can enjoy a show featuring three comedians on Thursdays at 8 p.m. Among the names expected this summer are Rolly Assal, Liliane Blanco-Binette, Richardson Zéphir and Étienne Dano.
