At Maison Valois until June 8
Last days to visit Stéphan Daigle's work of art
Take advantage of the last few days to appreciate artist Stéphan Daigle and his works. Since April 28, he has been in residence at Maison Valois, creating four works of art. The public is invited to meet him on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., and Mondays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The works will then be exhibited on various buildings in the city.
His inspiration: the forest of the imagination
The starting point for her production is a reminder of many childhood tales in which the protagonist sets off on an adventure and grows through trials and discoveries. The project consists of the pictorial creation of four traditional acrylic-on-canvas works, which reveal universes born of the artist's love of nature and his exploration of the limits of his imagination.
Mr. Daigle also produces a number of composite digital works, meaning that his creations are partly drawn and painted on paper, then digitized and completed on the computer.
