The Pionniers de Soulanges U18 played the first game of their second-round playoff series on Wednesday April 10 at the Centre sportif Soulanges against the mighty Collège Charles-Lemoyne.

In a very structured game from Tristan Poissant's team, the Pionniers caused a bit of a surprise against the division leader, winning 6-2.

Cédric Proulx (1B-2P) led his team's attack with three points. Myranda Lachance was solid in front of the Soulanges cage with 23 saves. However, it was William Karsten who was voted Player of the Match thanks to a solid defensive performance and a goal with a powerful shot on goal.
