As part of the 50th Annual CAMA Conference and Annual General Meeting to be held in Banff, Alberta, from Monday June 3 to Wednesday June 5, General Manager Maxime Boissonneault, Associate General Manager Kim Parent, and Assistant General Manager, Claudy St-Onge, from the City of Rigaud, will present the strategies and resources required to successfully carry out an organizational assessment within a municipality, a presentation tailored in every respect to the challenges and strengths specific to the public sector.

At this conference, Rigaud team members will explore with the general managers, senior executives and municipal leaders in attendance, the reasons why a municipal organization must periodically re-evaluate its structures and adapt to the changing needs of its population; as well as the fundamental steps and strategies for planning and carrying out an internal organizational assessment without the help of an external consultant.

A range of tools, models and resources will be made available to help them complete a comprehensive assessment, guide their teams towards strategic objectives and achieve operational excellence.

In a context where municipal governance issues are increasingly important, the Ville de Rigaud is proud to share the key to its success in the effective use of human resources and the completion of a comprehensive organizational assessment, steps that are now essential to achieving this goal.

The full program is available on the CAMA website at www.camacam.ca/fr/conference.

All costs are borne by the participants. Only work done from home is remunerated.
