Terrasse-Vaudreuil La Grande Tablée is delighted to announce the launch of its first call for community projects, aimed at supporting and promoting initiatives that benefit the community. With a budget of $2,000 to fund citizen projects, this initiative reflects La Grande Tablée's ongoing commitment to strengthening the social and cultural fabric of Terrasse-Vaudreuil. Since its inception in 2016 as a citizen movement, La Grande Tablée has established itself as a major player in promoting community well-being in Terrasse-Vaudreuil.

The inauguration of the Terrasse Café last year marked a new stage in the realization of this mission, offering a space conducive to creativity and collaboration. "We're proud to be able to offer this financial support after just one year of operations at the Terrasse Café, for new projects driving local initiatives," says Lucie Asselin, a member of La Grande Tablée's Board of Directors. "This call for projects reflects our commitment to encouraging innovation and dynamism within our community," she adds."

Eligible projects can come from a variety of disciplines and target an adult or family audience. They must take place in Terrasse-Vaudreuil and be feasible in 2024. Proposals will be evaluated by La Grande Tablée's Board of Directors, who will select the projects that best correspond to its mission.

Those interested in submitting a project are invited to send their complete file to Lucie Asselin at [email protected] before the May 1, 2024 deadline. The file must include a detailed description of the project, a technical data sheet, a text explaining the benefits for the community, and a projected budget. Full details of the call for projects are available here: https://bit.ly/3Q5jgw7.
