Come slow down for success at the Saint-Lazare Community Centre, on April 11 from 7 to 8:30 p.m., with speaker David Bernard. Slowing down strategically on a daily basis is, according to many, the most beneficial habit we can develop and integrate into our lives, even if this practice might seem, on the surface, counter-intuitive and counter-productive. The community center is located at 1301 Rue du Bois in Saint-Lazare.

The French-language conference is open to residents and non-residents aged 15 and over. Registration is mandatory.
