The mystery is finally solved. We now know who will succeed Coop CSUR General Manager Bianka Dupaul. She is Isabelle Mercier, who until recently was Business Development Commissioner at DEV Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

The newcomer will take up her post on Monday April 8. She confirmed the news on social networks in this publication:

"The mystery is over. For those who were asking me about the next step in my career path. It is with great enthusiasm that I join the Csur team. For me, this new challenge represents an opportunity to put the experience I've acquired over the last few years to good use, and to put it at the service of the community. I'm passionate about the role I've been entrusted with, and it's in line with my core values of promoting collective autonomy and accessibility to local products and services".

It will be a privilege to make this transition alongside Ms. Dupaul over the coming months, and to ensure the continuity of the organization's vision and mission. What an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a company that values its members and the strength of a vibrant community.

"I'd like to warmly thank the Board of Directors for their confidence, and I'm looking forward to working in and for my community!"

For her part, Mrs. Dupaul said she was very proud of this choice by the CSUR Board of Directors. "She is a woman of heart, conviction and passion. She'll rise to the challenge with her head held high, and above all, she'll be able to lead the team and the cooperative towards new horizons. There's a little note on my wall that reminds me of this every day," she comments.

On the verge of stepping down, Ms. Dupaul took stock of what lies ahead. "You can't discover new horizons until you have the courage to lose sight of the coast. With this in mind, I'll be taking the time over the next few months to ensure the transition and handover of files to Isabelle, and to leave my coast too, for new horizons," she concludes.
