The Café Dépôt chain's new bistro café opened its doors this week at 3206, boulevard de la Gare, in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

The café is located on the same site as La Prep restaurant, on the same block as Le Village des Valeurs. Originally founded in 1994 by the Elisii brothers, the chain was acquired by Montreal-based MTY in 2014. So we're talking about a local company.

Mr. Doukara, a local man, became the franchisee-owner. He moved to Vaudreuil-Dorion in 2016, along with his wife Mélanie Gagnon. He has been working on the café project for almost a year. He has worked in the financial sector for several years,

He intends to continue the tradition of excellence at Café Dépot, which is proudly celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.

Opening hours are as follows

Sunday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Friday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.; and Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
