The Maison de soins palliatifs de Vaudreuil-Soulanges annual walk has always been a unifying event, full of wonderful stories, sharing and encounters that do us good. So it's with great emotion that the organization announces its next edition, which will take place on Sunday May 26 (starting at 8:30 a.m.) at the Parc Nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare.

Young and old alike will be able to enjoy the festivities, with on-site entertainment including a musical performance by singer Virginie Cummins, who has sung on the En direct de l'univers show for the past 14 years. The day will also be energized by Djamboola Fitness warm-ups. Refreshments and snacks will also be available on site.

Getting active, sharing good times, honoring a loved one and building relationships are all part of this essential fundraising activity at La Maison. The funds raised will enable people at the end of life and their loved ones to benefit from excellent, humane palliative care.

Those who are unable to attend can still show their support, simply by making a donation directly to the Walk or by supporting a team. Whatever the amount raised, every donation is appreciated and, above all, essential.

The Maison de soins palliatifs de Vaudreuil-Soulanges offers free care to residents of the region and surrounding area. To maintain this free service, however, we need to raise over $1.4 million in philanthropic funding each year. This year, our goal for the walk is $75,000.
