Ville de Pincourt, in collaboration with the Cosmodôme, invites the public to a lecture on the solar eclipse, in anticipation of the one to come on April 8, on Wednesday March 27, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Pincourt Public Library.

A total eclipse, a rare event, is a privileged moment to appreciate our place in the universe. However, it's crucial to protect yourself properly before looking up at the sun, to avoid damaging your eyes.

Come and understand the phenomena of solar eclipses, and in particular the details of the one on April 8.

The lecture is suitable for 7-13 year-olds, and parents are welcome. Free glasses will be provided for eye protection.

Registration is via Sport-Plus (https://bit.ly/49RHsJV) or by calling 514 453-8981, ext. 229.
