Thanks to the efforts of our participants and partners, several million Quebecers were made aware of the issue. This year, more than 7,260 participants from the four corners of Quebec took up the challenge of not drinking alcohol for 29 days. This experience surely made them aware of the role alcohol plays in their lives, and the benefits of a few weeks' break on their physical and mental health.
