Julie Tano-Lawson tells us
A Lazaroise in the world's top 10 for Customer Experience
Saint-Lazare resident Julie Tano-Lawson, owner and principal consultant at Cabinet-Conseil CX, has been named 9th among the top 25 Customer Experience influencers worldwide by Customer Experience Magazine.
In an interview with Neomedia, Ms. Tano-Lawson commented: "It's very flattering, and I'm extremely honored to be included on this list. One person nominated me and I don't know who it is."
"I founded my company in 2019 and do a lot of work in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region; I have offices in Saint-Lazare and Montreal", she points out.
Asked what the best definition of Customer Experience is, Julie Tano-Lawson observes, "it's knowing your customers well, having an ability to make their lives easier, to discern and anticipate their needs, and above all knowing how to make a difference".
