Three renowned speakers at the public library
March 14: Nicole Bordeau's lecture at Saint-Lazare
Ville de Saint-Lazare and its public library are proud to welcome three inspiring public figures with unique career paths. These three renowned speakers will be at the library in March and April. Nicole Bordeleau, Sylvie Bernier and David Bernard will tell you, among other things, what healthy lifestyle habits mean to them. These talks are free of charge.
First conference : Retrouver l'essentiel with Nicole Bordeleau

Yoga master, meditation teacher and lecturer, Nicole Bordeleau is the author of some fifteen books and a popular podcast series that are enjoying growing success in Quebec. Nicole has taught thousands of people the tools to transform discomfort into comfort, to move from chaos to calm, and from fear to inner peace.
Her latest book is like an invitation to sit down together and explore these questions and their possible solutions.
