The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable is advising road users of a roadblock that will begin on Thursday, February 15, on Highway 40 West at Rigaud. There will be a complete closure of the Highway 40 ramps. The work will require approximately two days of intervention between this date and Friday, February 16, for an intervention at culverts (sheathing). 

Location of work:

- Entrance ramp no. 17 (from route 201); and 

- Exit ramp no. 9 (towards route 342).

Detour routes:

- Detour (ramp no. 17): via A-40 East, exit no. 22, Côte Saint-Charles and A-40 West;

- Detour (ramp no. 9): via A-40 West, exit no. 6, montée de la Baie-Saint-Thomas, A-40 East and exit no. 9.

Please note that in the event of heavy precipitation, snow of more than 5 cm or freezing rain, the work will be cancelled and postponed.
