On Sunday, February 11, Mont Rigaud will host the 2nd edition of the Toasters Junior Slopestyle, a sporting competition for athletes in the Junior category. 

The competition is specially designed for young snowboarders aged 17 and under. The aim is to support the next generation of snowboarders by giving them a chance to shine on the slopes. The event is organized by Les Toasters Snowboard School, Rigs Snowboard Club and Mont Rigaud.

Registration is open online, and it is also possible to register at the mountain on the day of the competition between 9 and 10 am. Competitors will have two two-hour slots to showcase their talents in a snow park specially set up for the competition. They can choose their two courses to present, which will then be judged by a panel of three experienced judges.

Medals will be awarded on the podium at 3:00 p.m., in two separate categories: 12 and under, and 13 and over.

This competition will be the perfect opportunity for all young snowboarding enthusiasts to show off their skills and walk away with a medal for their efforts.
