Saint-Zotique field hockey player acquired by the Valleyfield Braves
The Valleyfield Braves announced in the last few hours that they have acquired an athlete born in Saint-Zotique, goaltender Mathis Langevin. The Braves' General Manager made the announcement.
Langevin played for the Shawinigan Cataractes in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). He played the last two seasons with the Châteauguay Grenadiers in the Ligue de développement du Hockey U18 AAA du Québec.
"Mathis' arrival with the Braves will be an asset for our organization. Mathis' goal is to play as many games as possible, and especially to have as many opportunities as possible in front of the net. Our goal is to see him back in the QMJHL next season," says David Rochon of the new acquisition.
