The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Ouest confirms that it is now possible to book an appointment via Clic santé for a blood test at the Point de service local - Vaudreuil-Dorion, at the same location as the COVID vaccination and screening service at 585, rue Saint-Charles, local 50. 

The CISSSMO makes it clear from the outset that certain tests are not performed at this location. We recommend that you read your request carefully before making an appointment. 

If one of the following tests is listed on your request, you must make an appointment at the CLSC near your home: 

- Hyperglycemia induced 50 and 75g;

- 24h urine collection;

- Urine cytology;

- Chlamydia, gonorrhea in urine;

- Stool culture;

- Stool parasite;

If the request is urgent and no time slot is available, you can call 1 833-699-2414 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, and your file will be evaluated. 

To make an appointment, you must have your health insurance card and the valid paper request. Any request that is unidentified, unsigned, incorrectly completed or not from Quebec will be refused.
