The Pionniers de Soulanges M15 were in action this Tuesday, December 19, when Westwood High School visited the team's home, the Centre sportif Soulanges.

In an offensive festival, the Pionniers won by a score of 10-3. Forwards Nathan Giroux Lacombe (2B-1P), Isaac Lemay (1B-2P) and Emerick Proulx (3B-0P) led the Soulanges attack with three points each.

The latter was named Player of the Match. Proulx controlled play well throughout the game, and was the leader on the power play, according to the coaches' observations.

Before the game, players from both teams took part in a minute's silence in tribute to the young field hockey player who died last week in Saint-Eustache.
