Me Jean St-Antoine retires
Olivier Van Neste, Director General of the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion, announces the retirement of Me Jean St-Antoine, Clerk and Director of the Clerk's Office and Legal Affairs at the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion. Mr. St-Antoine will officially leave his position on December 31.
Jean St-Antoine has been with the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion since September 2007, and is considered a rigorous jurist with integrity and devotion.
"Mr. St-Antoine was a key player in the acquisition of the land that is now home to the André-Chagnon multisports center and the municipal hub, scheduled to open in 2025," said Olivier Van Neste.
Under his leadership, the Registry and Legal Affairs Department has seen its organizational structure evolve to respond efficiently to the challenges inherent in the city's expansion. "I sincerely thank Jean for his contribution to the organization over the years and for his pursuit of excellence. He leaves behind a high-performance team. I am very grateful to him," added the General Manager.
The city hopes to fill the position left vacant by Mr. St-Antoine in early 2024. Until his successor is appointed, Assistant General Manager Mélissa Côté will act as interim General Manager.
