Réseaux, an organization specializing in employability, the reception, settlement and socio-professional integration of immigrants, and entrepreneurial development, is proudly celebrating 25 years of contribution to the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region.

History

Founded in 1998, Réseaux has evolved and adapted over the years to meet the diverse needs of an ever-changing community and clientele. For many years, the organization has been committed to offering professional, personalized services while acquiring renowned expertise in complementary fields.

Over the past 25 years, Réseaux has offered key programs and developed innovative tools that have helped thousands of people achieve their professional and personal goals.

The success of the organization's many projects would not have been possible without the dedication and professionalism of the Réseaux team. The contribution of their partners and their invaluable collaboration are equally responsible for this success.

Their support and commitment have been essential, and the members of the Réseaux team are enthusiastic about continuing to work together for future achievements.

A private an recognition event

To mark this significant milestone, Réseaux held a private 5 à 7 on November 1, bringing together the Board of Directors, team members and members of the organization's mentoring cell.

"Today's event is an opportunity to highlight Réseaux's exceptional achievements within the Vaudreuil-Soulanges community, and to initiate the necessary reflections at the dawn of our next strategic planning," declared Francine St-Denis, Réseaux's Executive Director.

The organization was also keen to highlight an important milestone in the career of Ms. Johanne Audet, who is entering her 25th year as a career management and educational and vocational information advisor with Réseaux.

Chief Mentor David Salerno also took the opportunity to present recognition pins to Francine Lavallée and Gilles Mourette, for their involvement in the Réseau Mentorat mentoring cell.

Services for businesses

The organization has some fifteen years' experience in the immigration field, and plays an important role in promoting cultural diversity in the workplace. Réseaux has renewed and adapted its training offer for employers and work teams who will be welcoming, or have already welcomed, temporary foreign workers.

"In a context of labor scarcity, many companies are turning to international recruitment. In order to provide employers with concrete tools, this training will help enrich their skills, while highlighting the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace for immigrants," says Laurence Ménard, Project Manager, Operations and Development at Réseaux.

Réseaux

When it comes to employability, Réseaux stands out from job boards, placement agencies and headhunters thanks to its comprehensive service offering and human approach. "It's not always easy to navigate the job market effectively to find a professional opportunity that suits your needs and aspirations," says Johanne Audet of Réseaux.

In fact, the employability team can help customers achieve their career goals by offering a comprehensive job search assistance program.

Job seekers can be accompanied by the organization's career management consultants in their search process, in the design of their curriculum vitae, or to present any other theoretical or practical workshop corresponding to their needs. Support is provided for the entire duration of the process.

Réseaux also offers a wide range of immigration services to facilitate the settlement and socio-professional integration of new arrivals.

Clients can benefit from settlement support by having access to information on resources and programs available in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

This adapted support service can meet a number of needs, including housing, employment, education, health and more. Group activities are also organized to create links, facilitate exchanges and contribute to the integration of immigrants to Quebec in French.

Réseaux also offers a mentoring program. This enables entrepreneurs to develop a professional relationship based on listening, trust and respect with an experienced mentor.
