The last few days have been marked by one of the largest union movements in Quebec history as more than 570,000 workers from the education and health sectors demonstrated across the four corners of Quebec.

Teachers, support staff, education professionals, nurses, respiratory therapists, practical nurses, perfusionists took to the streets to express their dissatisfaction with the government.

While some demonstrated for only 72 hours, others began an indefinite general strike this Thursday. This is also the case for secondary school teachers. Obviously, the situation disrupted the daily lives of several hundred thousand people, including parents, who had to find solutions to keep their children occupied.
