The non-profit organization and stable A Horse Tale Rescue (AHT) or Au Secours AHT is organizing a "Holiday Magic" fundraising event on December 9 from 1 to 4 pm. The City of Montreal Police Cavalry Patrol will be on hand, and riders will answer questions from young and old alike.

During the event, photos will be taken with horses and Santa Claus. Hot drinks, pastries and crafts will be available for participants. Field hockey tickets will also be drawn. Former Montreal Canadiens and St. Louis Blues player Normand Baron will be present.

Admission is $10 and free for children under 10.

AHT Rescue

With over 400 dedicated members and volunteers, AHT Resuce aims to provide a safe, comfortable and loving environment for horses. It aims to promote their rehabilitation and facilitate their relocation whenever possible. For some horses, however,  AHT Rescue will be their last haven.

In the event of bad weather, the activity will be postponed until December 10. AHT Rescue is located at 27, rue Murphy in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Pets are not allowed on site for this event.
