On Road 201
Three upcoming hindrances this week in Vaudreuil-Soulanges
The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable is advising road users of three upcoming roadblocks on the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory this week.
The first will take place this Tuesday, November 14, on Route 201 in Coteau-du-Lac, on the Monseigneur-Langlois bridge over the St. Lawrence River.
It will be necessary to inspect the structure with access equipment. During this operation, the right lane will be obstructed one direction at a time, between 9 am and 3 pm.
The duration of the obstruction may vary depending on the length of the inspection, warns the MTQ.
A second obstruction on the Monseigneur-Langlois bridge
On Wednesday, November 15, the same structural inspection operation will take place on the Monseigneur-Langlois bridge in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. During this operation, the right lane will be obstructed in one direction at a time, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
A third obstruction in Sainte-Marthe
This Friday, November 17, the obstruction will return to Route 201, but at Sainte-Marthe, on the bridge over the Rivière à la Raquette, between Chemin Saint-Henri and Chemin Park.
An inspection of the structure with access equipment is also planned, which will result in alternating traffic using flagmen and barriers between 9 and 11:30 a.m.
Note that in the event of heavy precipitation, snow of more than 5 cm or icy conditions, work will be cancelled and signage removed.
