Town of Saint-Lazare invites its residents aged 11 and over to register in large numbers for the "Moi, je garde" training session, which will introduce them to the basics of babysitting. 

Young participants will learn how to choose age-appropriate games, create a safe environment for themselves and the children in their care, and master emergency response and first aid techniques such as CPR. 

The French course will be held on Friday, November 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while the English course will be held one week later, on Friday, November 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Materials required: pencil, cold lunch or thermos (no access to microwave), indoor shoes and a doll/toy. The cost of the course is $40 per participant.
