Two Sainte-Marthe elected officials were honored at the latest congress of the Fédération québécoise des municipalités du Québec (FQM), held at the end of September. 

Councillor Jinny Brunelle and Mayor François Pleau were presented with diplomas by FQM President Jacques Demers, following the successful completion of courses in a training program offered by the organization.

The two were justifiably proud of their achievement, which required many hours of training and study. Far from being bored, they already intend to sign up for further training courses to further perfect their knowledge, says the Municipality of Sainte-Marthe.
