Vaudreuil-Soulangeois have a penchant for autumn colors
Ah, autumn! With its colors and slightly cooler temperatures. While for some, it's the perfect season for a bit of cocooning, for the vast majority of Neomedia readers, it's the perfect opportunity to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors.
Last week, Neomedia asked you what your favorite fall activity was.
At 35.3%, readers indicated that their favorite thing to do was to see the colors. It has to be said that Vaudreuil-Soulanges is full of magnificent places to enjoy them, just think of Mont Rigaud, Parc Nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare or Parc-Nature Harwood in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
The Festival des couleurs de Rigaud, an annual celebration of autumn, also comes to mind.
For 23.5% of respondents, it's walking in the forest that interests them.
Tied with 17.6%, cooking stews and apple picking are among the favorite activities of Néomédia readers. As for pumpkin picking, the activity garnered a hefty 5.9% of the vote.
