Montérégie Public Health Department
Measure your mental health in 5 minutes
The Direction de santé publique de la Montérégie is taking advantage of World Mental Health Day, held on October 10, to launch a free test on the subject.
The test is available online at https://www.commentcavamonteregie.com/ and takes about 5 minutes to complete.
This is time well invested in your well-being, because by answering the questions, you'll receive personalized advice, discover lots of things to do, and receive references directly linked to your answers.
Respondents will be directed to resources and invited to take action to take care of themselves. On this site, you can view videos by specialists (e.g. psychologist, kinesiologist) on specific subjects that have an impact on mental health, such as sleep, stress and managing emotions.
This test is completely confidential. No personal information that could identify users is requested.
The online questionnaire was designed by mental health experts in collaboration with the Direction de santé publique de Montréal. Thousands of people across Quebec have used it. The version now being launched has been adapted to lead to help resources in the Montérégie region.
It is recommended to share it with friends and family, and to put into practice the suggested strategies for taking care of yourself.
The Direction de santé publique specifies that it does not replace the advice of a mental health professional. Anyone with concerns about their mental health is invited to call 811, option 2, to be directed to the appropriate resource.
