The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Ouest wishes to inform the public of changes to the schedule of its various services for the Thanksgiving vacation on Monday, October 9.

For the Suroît territory  

Suroît Hospital

All outpatient services at the hospital, including the blood sampling center and radiology, will be closed. Emergency will be open.

CLSC de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

Reception 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.) Ambulatory nursing clinic 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.), Blood sampling center, closed; Psychosocial services, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

CLSC de Beauharnois

Reception closed, Ambulatory Nursing Clinic closed, Specimen Collection Centre closed and Psychosocial Services closed.

For the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory

CLSC de Rigaud

Reception closed, Ambulatory nursing clinic closed, Sample collection center closed and Psychosocial services closed.

CLSC de St-Polycarpe

CLSC and Centre de services ambulatoires de Vaudreuil-Dorion

The CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest reminds the public that anyone experiencing a health problem or difficult situation can contact the Info-Santé service at any time by dialing 8-1-1.

There are also CLSCs, Family Medicine Groups (FMGs), as well as three GMFRéseau on the territory of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest that accept walk-in patients.
