Until October 9, users of exo's commuter trains and buses are invited to take part in its Mobility Survey 2023. The results will enable exo to better understand the current mobility habits of its users, as well as their satisfaction with their travel experiences.

"While the commuting habits of people living in the suburbs have changed significantly since the upturn in ridership, we'd like to know how our users get around from now on. By knowing how many times a week they use our services, their recent destinations and, of course, their satisfaction with their experiences, we'll be better equipped to improve our services and make any necessary adjustments" says Marie Hélène Cloutier, Executive Director - Customer Engagement, Partners and Mobility Innovation.

By completing the survey, regular and occasional users alike can win a grand prize of $1,000 or one of 8 cash prizes of $500. Available online up to and including October 9, the survey takes approximately 8 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential and will be used exclusively for this study.
