Joanne Brunet appointed Vice-Chair of the ADDELQ Board of Directors
At the last meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association des directions du développement économique local du Québec (ADDELQ), DEV Vaudreuil-Soulanges General Manager Joanne Brunet was appointed Vice-President.
The Association's affairs are administered by a 17-member board drawn from the 17 administrative regions of Quebec, and Ms. Brunet occupies seat 16, representing the Montérégie region.
" It's a great pleasure to join colleagues economic development local and regional title administratrice de l'Association. Having served as president of Montérégie Économique between 2018 and 2023, I hope to effectively relay the realities and issues of our development professionals in our administrative region, and to draw inspiration from best practices elsewhere in Quebec and share them with the Montérégie network," she said in the wake of her appointment.
The association's mission is to accompany its members in the realization of their mandate economic development local. The ADDELQ acts as an organization council partners governmental (municipal and provincial) in the matters reporting economic development local.
