Festival St-Zo en Fusion concludes two days of summer celebrations in style

The Festival St-Zo en Fusion marked the climax of summer this weekend with two exceptional days of activities and shows for the whole family.

Festival-goers converged on the Saint-Zotique beach to enjoy a diverse range of cultural events, wellness and discoveries, creating lasting memories.

The festivities kicked off in style on Friday, September 15, with comedy shows featuring Richardson Zéphir as opening act, followed by a hilarious performance by Réal Béland. Audiences were in fits of laughter throughout the evening.

On Saturday, September 16, festival-goers were treated to a host of workshops and creative activities. La Malette à Bijoux guided participants in the creation of bracelets and decorations for cell phones. Le Cercle des Fermières demonstrated the art of knitting and crocheting, while Brigitte Laplante taught how to make paracord bracelets. Lovers of macramé had the opportunity to create plant hangers, while others made essential oil sprays and unique coasters.

Circus arts enthusiasts honed their skills in dedicated workshops, while caricaturists captured happy faces on paper. Children were also pampered with artistic face painting and inflatable structures. The public was dazzled by juggling shows and took part in a DJ workshop.In the evening, the wax hand workshop added a touch of magic before festival-goers were drawn into a series of exceptional performances with Denis Miron and a fiery tribute to Bob Bissonnette by William Bisson and his band.

The weather cooperated throughout the weekend, providing ideal conditions for families and festival-goers to gather in safety. The Festival St-Zo en Fusion succeeded in harmoniously fusing the different facets of culture, well-being and discovery in a series of activities and shows that captured everyone's imagination.

This brilliant summer celebration marked the official conclusion of activities at Saint-Zotique beach for the season.The Festival St-Zo en Fusion warmly thanks all the participants, volunteers, artists and partners who helped make this event a resounding success.
