At 6:35pm this evening, a motorist lost control of her vehicle while driving southbound on boulevard Don Quichotte, near rue Marceau, in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot. 

According to our information, the woman hit a signpost and ended up in a ditch more than ten metres away. 

Firefighters and first responders from the Service de sécurité incendie de Pincourt-Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot arrived on the scene to render assistance. The woman was not taken to hospital.
