Your local news are important to you
For several weeks now, Meta has been blocking access to Canadian media, due to the passage of Bill C-18. Nevertheless, Néomédia Vaudreuil-Soulanges readers are once again proving the importance of supporting the local press, as many of them have changed the way they consume their news. At least, that's what the results of our latest in-house survey show.
In fact, to the question, Bill C-18: have you changed the way you consume local news? 50% of respondents said they had downloaded local media mobile applications, so as not to miss anything.
Over 40% of respondents said they had actually changed the way they consume local news.
Finally, 3.8% of people said they didn't know how to do it technically.
