In honor of World Clean-up Day, OLA Bamboo invites interested parties to a clean-up event in the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion this Saturday, September 16. The activity will take place from 10 a.m. to noon in the Boisé Charlot in Dorion Gardens Park, near Field No. 1.

For out-of-towners, this green space is accessible via rue Valois, in Vaudreuil-Dorion. You can even park your car at the municipal parking lot on Avenue André-Chartrand. 

"Even if it's only for an hour, every participation counts for the cause of the environment.  Don't hesitate to invite family and friends: the more the merrier...and the better off our planet will be!" says the Facebook event page. 

A number of prizes will be awarded to young and old alike who lend a hand. These include 

- An eco-responsible box containing the 5 most popular OLA Bamboo products; 
- Trees for early arrivals (available in limited quantities). 

Participants are invited to bring: 

- Gloves;
- Water bottle and snack, if needed;
- Long pants and socks (in case of ticks);
- Raincoat (in case of rain, the event will be hand-held).
