The ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable advises motorists of the following roadworks, for September and October in Vaudreuil-Soulanges

Saint-Zotique - Until September 22

There will be a complete closure of Route 338 at the culvert and 65th Avenue in Saint-Zotique. This will entail a closure and a traffic detour.

Traffic will continue to flow via a detour road. The maximum width will be 3 metres.

Detour for heavy vehicles

Heavy vehicles will be detoured via 34th Avenue, A-20 and 69th Avenue.   

Saint-Zotique - September 11

Between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., there will be a one-lane obstruction with alternating traffic on Route 338 in Saint-Zotique, at the intersection with 69th Avenue.

The work involves geotechnical testing of a culvert.

Saint-Télesphore and Saint-Polycarpe - September 12 to end of October

Paving work on Route 340 and Chemin Sainte-Catherine in Saint-Télesphore and Saint-Polycarpe will begin on September 12 and continue until the end of October.

On Route 340, the work will be carried out between Route 325 and Rue des Prés, and on Chemin Sainte-Catherine, up to approximately 200 m from the intersection with Chemin Saint-Philippe.

The work will involve alternating traffic on weekdays between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Flagmen and an escort vehicle will be on site at all times when the worksite is in operation, to ensure the smooth flow of traffic. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained at all times during this period.

Rigaud - September 11 and 12

There will be work on autoroute 40 west, at exit no. 6: montée de la Baie-Saint-Thomas on-ramp to autoroute 40 west. The work involves replacing a culvert.

There will be a complete closure of the access ramp to Autoroute 40 west from montée de la Baie-Saint-Thomas (exit no. 6), at all times during this period.

The detour will be via montée de la Baie-Saint-Thomas, route 342 and montée Wilson.

Très-Saint-Rédempteur - September 13

There will be work on route 325 (chemin de la Montagne) in Très-Saint-Rédempteur, between chemin Saint-Georges and rue Rigaud.

The work involves repairing a culvert.

Route 325 will be completely closed at the culvert between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Detours

For cars: via rue Rigaud, rue Gauthier and chemin Saint-Georges.

For heavy vehicles: via route 342, A-40, R-201, chemin Saint-Guillaume and montée Lefebvre.

Local traffic will be permitted up to the culvert.
