Cégep de Valleyfield's Noir et Or football team officially kicks off its home season on September 9.

In this inaugural game, starting at 7:30 p.m., the student-athletes will take on the Lynx from Cégep Édouard-Montpetit. 

Pre-game activities

Starting at 6 p.m., soccer fans will be able to attend the traditional gathering in the rear parking lot of the Cégep de Valleyfield. 

During this early evening, music, street truck and bar services will bring the guests together to enjoy the pre-game. Participants are welcome to bring their own barbecues and food.

A symbolic kick-off will also officially launch this first home match. Tickets for the inaugural game are currently on sale online for $11.98 (parking and fees included).

Tickets are also available for the Noir et Or's other three home games. Tickets for the evening itself will be available on site.

Noir et Or soccer will take on three other college teams on the Cégep de Valleyfield turf.

• Saturday, September 23 at 7:30 p.m., against Cégep de Sherbrooke, presented by ALI Excavation
• Saturday, October 14 at 1 p.m., against John Abbott College, presented by the Fondation du Cégep de Valleyfield
• Saturday, October 28, 7:30 p.m., against Cégep de Trois-Rivières, presented by Patrick Morin

New season, new home

At the dawn of the 2023 season, Noir et Or soccer has a new dressing room. In collaboration with the Cité des Arts et des Sports de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, the Cégep was able to invest over $100,000 to relocate the soccer locker room to their premises.
