They will take part in the Rose Trip adventure
The Rose Bohème team launches its fundraising campaign
From October 31 to November 5, 2024, three friends from the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region will be taking part in the Rose Trip adventure, a 100% women's orienteering trek in Morocco. To finance this major project, the trio is organizing a fundraising event on August 17 at Vignoble Le Bourg des Cèdres.
On Thursday, August 17, the trio launched their fundraising campaign with the sale of a bottle of wine christened Rose Bohème (evoking the name of their team) during a happy hour at Vignoble Le Bourg des Cèdres.
Guests were able to taste the wine and buy one or more bottles to support Chantal Allard (4 sur la route), Marie-Claude Daoust (Créations Zö) and Roxanne Cloutier in their challenge.
The evening also featured a mega-contest, a door prize draw and plant sales. Appetizers were served to guests.
Why did the trio embark on this adventure? "Our Rose Bohème team wants to raise funds to take part in the adventure and support the fight against cancer. We'll be helping two associations: Ruban Rose and Enfants du désert", they explained.
The Rose Trip Maroc is a 100% women's adventure trek for three. Equipped with a compass, a map, a topographical protractor and a good pair of hiking boots, the women will tread the great wilderness of Morocco's deserts. For five days, including three days of stages, entirely dedicated to letting go and getting away from it all, the teams will live an exceptional initiatory experience.
